Flower and pre-rolls
Due to state cannabis regulations, opened flower and pre-roll products cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If a package arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your call.
Merch
Unworn apparel and accessories in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping.
